For those working in social care, especially those working as a care worker, jobs are fairly easy to obtain. This does not mean the job interview is any less stressful however. As for a weakness, state a weakness that could also be considered a strength, such as perfectionism, or an obsession with punctuality. If the interview is for an entry level position and you have no job experience to draw on, mention relevant life experience.
