It says that there is evidence which shows that overweight people live longer than normal and those who are obese in old age tend to live longer than the elderly who are thin.</p>
<p>They are also more likely to survive certain health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and kidney failure, although it is known that obesity puts people at increased risk of heart disease and other diseases, but now researchers say fatness is not the case and instead, blame the poor diet and lack of exercise, which almost always are associated with obesity.</p>
<p>In summary, not obsessed with diet makes people have a better health status and if they learn to accept your body will take better care of themselves, eating a variety of nutritious foods and not limited to a certain number of calories.</p>
